Indira Rojas started Dust Busters Cleaning Co. 15+ years ago, and by working hard alongside her team, they have been able to establish a business that is successful and with positive reviews from customers all over the East Bay Area.
Indira came to the U.S. from her homeland of Nicaragua when she was 16 years old. At age 17 she started her carreer in house cleaning. Indira's mentor is her former boss, "a smart lady from Costa Rica, who taught me how to run a cleaning business". After working for her, Indira decided to start her own cleaning business. Indira wanted to build a company where her workers would be treated fairly and with respect because she cares about her team members. She feels the base of a good business starts with happy workers.
Indira main philosophy and key to sucess is to provide Great Customer Service. Much of the new work that we get is from referrals from our existing customer base. Indira has one child, a 12 year old boy who enjoy spending time together with his mom.
